These Terms govern your access to Byteflare AI’s proposal automation workspace. Please review them carefully before creating or managing projects on behalf of your clients.
Clause
By accessing or using Byteflare AI you agree to these Terms and represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the entity you represent. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Clause
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Clause
You retain ownership of briefs, pricing data, and other content you submit. You grant Byteflare a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you upload.
Clause
Generated scopes, pricing suggestions, and proposal narratives are intended as starting points. You agree not to present AI outputs as professional advice without review and to disclose AI involvement where required. Do not use our AI features to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Clause
You may not interfere with the proper operation of Byteflare, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the service. Excessive automated scraping, bulk exporting, or abuse of API endpoints is prohibited.
Clause
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes and duties are your responsibility. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.
Clause
When you purchase a paid subscription to Byteflare, your order and payment are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as the Merchant of Record. This means:
By starting a paid subscription or free trial that requires payment-method details, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
Clause
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the price you selected (currently $29/month for monthly billing or $290/year for annual billing).
If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial paid charge by contacting us at support@byteflare.ai. We will instruct Paddle to process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop all future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a paid billing period, except where required by law.
Email support@byteflare.ai from the address associated with your Byteflare account, including the date of the charge and a brief reason. Refund decisions outside the 14-day window are made at our discretion.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer protection law. Paddle processes statutory refunds on our behalf where required.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first — we will work in good faith to resolve any billing issue.
Clause
Byteflare and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, designs, and trademarks. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Clause
You may stop using Byteflare at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination we may delete your account data subject to any retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
Clause
Byteflare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or compliant with regulatory requirements. You assume sole responsibility for how you use generated content.
Clause
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byteflare’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clause
You agree to defend and indemnify Byteflare against claims arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Clause
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Clause
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. If changes are material we will provide advance notice via email or in-product messaging. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to legal@byteflare.ai or by mail to Byteflare AI, 548 Market St PMB 62466, San Francisco, CA 94104.
