Billing, plans and trials
Byteflare bills through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for every payment, invoice, tax calculation and refund.
Who this is for: Billing managers and account owners. Team billing is owner-only.
Paddle is the merchant of record for Byteflare. That means Paddle, not Byteflare, is the party that takes your payment, issues the invoice, calculates and remits the tax, holds your payment method, and executes refunds and chargebacks. Byteflare instructs Paddle; Paddle moves the money.
