Getting started with Byteflare
Everything you need to go from a new account to a client-ready proposal in one sitting.
Who this is for: New accounts, and anyone who has been invited into an existing workspace.
Byteflare turns a messy client brief into a structured scope — deliverables, pricing, timeline, assumptions, exclusions — and then into a proposal you can send. The AI writes the first draft. You review, price, and decide what goes out.

The shape of the product
Almost everything in Byteflare hangs off a project. A project holds the client brief you pasted in, the clarifying questions the AI asked, the answers you gave, and the generated scope. The proposal is a view of that scope.
Project lifecycle
- DraftYou have created the project and pasted a brief. Nothing has been generated yet.
- QuestionsByteflare has generated clarifying questions from the brief and is waiting for your answers.
- ScopedA scope exists: sections, deliverables, pricing, timeline, assumptions, exclusions, milestones and optional add-ons.
- CompleteYou have finished the proposal and marked it done. It still lives in the workspace and can be reopened.
