Export a proposal as a PDF
Byteflare prints the proposal through your browser against a dedicated print stylesheet, so the output matches the preview.
Who this is for: Anyone on any plan who needs a file rather than a link.
Open the proposal preview
From the project, choose Preview.
Choose Save as PDF
This opens your browser's print dialogue. Byteflare has no server-side PDF renderer, so the file is produced entirely on your machine.
Set the destination to Save as PDF
Chrome and Edge use the Destination dropdown. Safari uses the PDF menu at the bottom left of the print sheet.
Turn off headers and footers
Browsers print the page URL and the date by default. Disable that under the print options for a clean client document.
Set background graphics on
If your PDF looks unusually plain, enable background graphics in the print options.
