Workspaces and plans
Your personal workspace and any team workspace you belong to are separate spaces with separate content and separate billing.
Who this is for: Anyone who belongs to more than one workspace, and anyone deciding between Pro and Team.
Two kinds of workspace
- Personal — projects and templates that belong to you alone. Nobody else can see them, including admins of any organisation you belong to.
- Team — projects and templates that belong to an organisation. Every active member of that organisation can open them.
Switching workspace changes what the sidebar, dashboard, trash and templates show. It does not move anything. A personal project stays personal until you deliberately act on it.

Switching workspace
Use the workspace switcher in the top navigation. Your choice is remembered in a cookie on that browser, so a different browser or a private window can be looking at a different workspace than the one you last used.
