Trial accounts resolve to full Pro access for the length of the trial, with nothing held back. Removing Byteflare branding and setting your own logo and business name are separate entitlements: Pro removes the Byteflare mark, and Team adds your own logo and business name.

Team is $99 per seat per month. Your workspace starts with one seat at $99; each additional seat adds $99 per month. Adding a seat is charged immediately. Removing a seat stops future charges and is not refunded for the current period.

The pricing page is the authoritative source for current prices. The figures above are rendered from the same plan definition the pricing page uses, so the two cannot disagree.

The Free plan limits in detail

3 projects a month

The Free plan allows 3 new projects per calendar month. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month, so it is a recurring monthly allowance rather than a lifetime cap.

In a team workspace the count is per organisation rather than per person; in a personal workspace it is your own projects only.

AI rate limits

Free accounts may make 20 AI calls in any rolling 24-hour window and 5 in any rolling hour. Both must be satisfied. These are rolling windows, not calendar resets: if you used your fifth call at 14:20, the next one becomes available at 15:20 rather than on the hour.

Every AI action counts, not just full scope generation. Paid plans and active trials are not subject to these per-account counters. Fair-use limits apply.

What happens when you drop to Free

Nothing is deleted. Every project stays in your account, and every project stays viewable and editable.
Creating new projects is limited to 3 per calendar month.
Public links you already created keep working for your clients; you cannot create new ones.
Client documents get the default Byteflare footer back.
Team workspaces lose shared templates, custom branding, view tracking and the rate lock until Team billing is active again.
